1. Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
2. Our Services
Our company provides local and domestic moving and packing services ("Service") within Dubai and the UAE. This does not include international relocation. All services are subject to a written quote and agreement signed by both the client and a company representative.
2.1. Quotes
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by you. Final charges may vary based on the actual time and materials required to complete the move. Any changes to the inventory, locations, or dates may result in a change to the quoted price.
3. Client's Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the items to be moved, including any fragile or high-value items.
- Ensure that all items are prepared for transport. If you have not purchased our packing services, all boxes must be sealed and clearly labeled.
- Be present or have an authorized representative present during the loading and unloading process.
- Provide a safe and clear pathway for the movers at all locations (e.g., clear of obstructions or other hazards).
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. The final balance is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or credit card (a processing fee may apply).
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any lost or damaged items is limited in accordance with our insurance policy. We are not liable for damage to items in boxes we did not pack, nor for damage caused by a structural defect in the item itself (e.g., pressboard furniture).
